A work I wanted to buy is no longer available - can I commission a similar one? OR
I saw a picture on Instagram/Facebook which I like a lot. Can I purchase a similar one?
Wonderful! Please do not hesitate to contact me via email! We would be happy to chat about commissioned work.


Is an image also available as a print?
All of my artworks are unique; they will not be reproduced.


Do you ship worldwide?
Are you interested in buying one of my paintings and do you live outside the EU? 

Fantastic! Then please send me a message  with your country of origin. I would be happy to make you an individual offer online! 

Outside the EU, all works are shipped rolled in a tube. This saves shipping costs for both and minimizes the risk of damage during delivery. 

Worldwide Shipping outside of the European Union is possible in form of a rolled canvas  and only on request by email. The shipping costs are determined individually.


Is there a certificate of authenticity?
All works of art are shipped with a certificate of authenticity. It contains all relevant information about the work. (Title, date of origin, possible description, materials used, signature). The works of art are of course always signed (depending on the picture on the front OR back)


Does the image on the website show exactly the artwork being purchased?
Yes. Exactly the artwork to be purchased is shown.  

But if a video and/or additional images of a specific work are helpful for the purchase decision, please send me a message.



How can I track the shipment of my order?
All artworks are handled with the utmost care during the packaging process and then shipped using established shipping service providers. Transporting art is sensitive and therefore I only send my works insured and traceable.
As soon as your picture has gone on its journey, you will receive an email from me with a link to track the shipment.
Some shipping companies offer the option of delivering the delivery on the desired date. However, I cannot guarantee this option.


What payment options are accepted?
All credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc), debit cards, payment via Paypal and bank transfer.


Can I still cancel the order?
Yes, of course. Your order can be canceled BEFORE the artwork is packed/shipped. Please email me for this!


What can I do if my package is lost or delivered damaged?
First of all, your order is 100% insured: if something goes wrong, you are entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, you can also opt for a replacement picture!
In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging BEFORE opening the shipment and then photograph the damaged art inside. After that, please contact me by email: tanja
